Father Mother Sister Brother

Father Mother Sister Brother is a feature film, carefully shaped in the form of a triptych. The three stories each explore the relationships between adult children, their somewhat distant parent (or parents), and one another. All three chapters unfold in the present day, each set in a different country.

Father takes place in the northeastern United States, Mother in Dublin, Ireland, and Sister Brother in Paris, France. The film presents a series of character studies: quiet, observant, and non-judgmental — a comedy tinged with undercurrents of melancholy.
